The instructor for this offering of CPSC 441 is Carey Williamson.

I am a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Calgary. My research interests include computer networks and computer systems performance evaluation. I am currently supervising several graduate students within the Networks Research Group, as well as a few CPSC 502/503 projects.

My office is ICT 736, on the 7th floor of the ICT building. I will plan to be there (or on our CPSC 441 L01 Zoom link) during CPSC 441 office hours each week.

My scheduled (in-person) office hours for CPSC 441 are Monday 1:00pm to 3:00pm, once we are allowed to be on campus. Meetings (physical or virtual) at other times can also be arranged, by appointment. I am also pretty good at responding to emails. Really!
