Situation before a team meeting

This and the two following pages try to demonstrate the synergetic effects that occur in a TEAMWORK-based system by some pictures. Therefore it is necessary to be familar with the TEAMWORK method.

The cooperation of the agents during the search is achieved by team meetings. The picture shows three agents (in form of robots) that follow their paths in the search space guided by their problem solving strategies. Before a team meeting we typically have the situation depicted in the picture.

The agents are in different parts of the search space with different distances to possible solutions (the smilies) of the search problem.
