Online Service Request

Questions or reporting an issue/problem are submitted to the Department of Computer Science's Technical Support team via the Online Service Request System.

NOTE: this is a secure site, which requires your CPSC username/password to access.

If you are requesting file restoration, please include the following in the description:

• 1. The last date you modified the file(s).
• 2. The full pathname (e.g. /home/ug/login/filename) of the file(s).

Files can only be restored from the previous night's backup. Any changes made during the day the file was lost cannot be retrieved. Also note that file restoration can take up to a day.
