University Health Services provides students with a multidisciplinary clinic available to help with health or personal concerns.

Campus Security officers are on duty 24 hours a day, every day of the year, providing uniformed patrols on foot, in marked vehicles and on bike. Campus Security also monitors the area with strategically placed closed-circuit television cameras. Help phones with a direct link to Campus Security are located within most campus buildings. Campus Security can also be reached at 220-5333. Officers are there to provide all members of the University community with information, directions, and assistance when needed.

Safewalk is a 24-hour service that provides security staff or student volunteers to escort students and staff to any destination on campus, including LRT, parking lots, bus zones and campus residences. This service can be accessed by calling 220-5333 or by using one of the help phones located around campus.

The Counselling Centre is located in Room 375, MacEwan Student Centre. Professional counsellors are familiar with the shocks and transitions new students may face.
