Note: all Faculty of Graduate Studies forms require your signature and your supervisor’s signature before being given to Lorraine in ICT 602 for processing.

Applications

Registration

Registration is normally done on-line through your Student Centre. See the job aids for detailed instructions on how to use your student centre. However you may need a form for a specific purpose, such as a manual Change of Course Registration form for when a course is full or to audit a course. Please check with the staff in the Computer Science program office (ICT 602) for special instructions, forms or relevant deadlines.

Progress Reports

Annual progress reports for thesis students are completed annually in May (regardless of your registration anniversary) by accessing a form through your Student Centre. You will be sent an email reminder to do this at the appropriate time. Click here for detailed instructions.

The "Forms to submit along with your thesis" heading gives you all the forms you need to complete and bring to the Faculty of Graduate Studies office, MacKimmie Library Tower, Room 213 for convocation clearance. You will be given information pertinent information after your successful defense.
