All applicants must submit an official online application, which will require logging into the "U of C Access" portal using an eID and password.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not previously created an eID account, please click on "Create an eID" link (circlied in red in the image below) on the U of C Access screen. If you have any difficulties creating your eID, please contact UCIT at 403-220-5555 or itsupport@ucalgary.ca

Applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of $100CAD for Canadian citizens and permanent residents, and $130CAD for International students. Please follow all instructions carefully, and note that references must be on the prescribed forms.

Supporting documentation (for example: official transcripts, references [must be on the prescribed U of Calgary forms to be acceptable], fee receipt) to complete your application should be mailed to:
